Recommended Method — Export Email

  1. Open the suspicious email
  2. Click Menu
  3. Select File
  4. Click Export
  5. Save as .eml or .msg
  6. Upload to your NetworkJ ticket

Drag & Drop Method

  1. Open eM Client
  2. Drag the suspicious email to Desktop
  3. Save as .eml
  4. Upload to ticket
