Important: Do not click links or open attachments before submitting the email.

Apple Mail (Mac)

Method 1 — Save Email as .eml (Recommended)

1. Open the suspicious email in Apple Mail
2. Click File
3. Click Save As
4. Choose a location (Desktop is fine)
5. Save the email (usually saved as .eml)
6. Upload the saved file to your NetworkJ ticket

This preserves:

• Email headers
• Sender information
• Attachments
• Routing information

Method 2 — Drag and Drop (Quickest)

1. Open Apple Mail
2. Drag the suspicious email to your Desktop
3. A .eml file will be created
4. Upload this file to your NetworkJ ticket
